Dr. Matthew Halfmann,

Dr. Halfmann is a native of Troy, Texas and was excited at the opportunity to serve patients in the area where he grew up. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from UTHealth School of Dentistry in Houston. To advance his skillset, he then completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Central Texas Veterans Hospital.
Dr. Halfmann is certified to provide nitrous oxide, oral conscious sedation, and IV sedation.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Texas Dental Association, Central Texas Dental Society, and the Academy of Laser Dentistry.
Prior to dental school, Dr. Halfmann graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Marketing.
During his time at Texas A&M, he was involved in numerous student organizations including the Pre-Dental Society and Class Councils, where he met his wonderful wife, Lindsay. He enjoys spending his time with family, going to Aggie Football games, being outdoors hiking in the National Parks, camping, skiing, hunting, and fishing.
